Beverage Company is one of the largest producers of fruit juices,
carbonated soft drinks (including Pepsi, 7-Up, Mirinda and Mountain Dew)
and fruit concentrate mixtures. |

business produces poultry and animal feeds, chickens, eggs, processed
egg and processed chicken based products.
This division consists of three integrated business units that produce eggs (Nulaid), chicken products (Tydstroom), animal feed (Nova Feeds) and commercial laying hens through the group's strategic partnership with Lohmann South Africa, in which Pioneer Foods holds 50%.

Zambia, Uganda, Namibia and Botswana. Bokomo Namibia and Bokomo Botswana
manufacture wheaten, flour, maize and egg products, and Bokomo Zambia
and Bokomo Uganda focus on egg production and poultry products. |

49.9% owned by Pioneer Foods, is a joint venture with HJ Heinz of the
USA and operates in the condiments and
convenient food markets producing tomato sauces, frozen foods, seafood
products, tinned food, instant meals and noodles.
Bowman Ingredients South Africa is a 50% joint venture with Jas
Bowman & Son in the UK supplying food ingredients to South Africa’s
large food producers. |
