Executive Management

	André Hanekom (50) CA(SA) Managing Director André started his career with the Group with Bokomo Breakfast Cereals and in 1994 he was appointed CEO of Bokomo. After the merger in 1997, André was the Executive at Sasko Milling & Baking before being appointed as CEO of the Group in 1999. He has been with the Group for 21 years.
	Leon Cronjé (52) CA(SA) Financial Director Before joining the Group in 1987, Leon was Group Financial Manager at Boland Bank for five years. Leon was General Manager Finance at Sasko before the merger and appointed in the same role for Pioneer Foods before becoming Financial Director in 1999. He has been with the Group for 22 years.
	Mkuseli Dlikilili (45) B.Admin (Hons) MA Human Resources Mkuseli held various HR roles in the Utlilties, Beverages and Chemical sectors before joining the Group in 2001 from Portnet. He has been with the Group for 8 years.
	Theo Hendrickse (50) M.Sc, B.Proc with post-graduate qualification in IP and Competition Law, (Admitted Attorney) Legal Services and Company Secretary Theo has 15 years experience, in managerial and executive roles, in the agri-processing sector. He joined Bonnita (Pty) Ltd as Group Legal Services Manager in 1995. In 2000 he was appointed as Corporate Affairs director for Parmalat SA and promoted to CEO of the company and the Parmalat Africa Group in 2005. He left Parmalat in 2009 and completed assignments as acting CEO of the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Director: Technology Transfer at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology before joining the Group on 1 April 2010.
	Tertius Swanepoel (55) B.Econ Executive Director Marketing Tertius joined the Group in 1989 as Assistant Manager of Bokomo Cereals before progressing to General Manager. In 1997 he became the executive responsible for Bokomo Foods and was appointed Executive Director of Pioneer Foods in 2004. He has been with the Group for 15 years.
	Tertius Carstens (46) B.Eng (Chem) MBA Executive Director and Sasko Tertius has 13 years' experience within the Group, both pre- and postmerger, in managerial and executive capacities. His current position is Executive Director responsible for the Sasko division. Prior to that Tertius acted as the Executive responsible for S.A.D. He has been with the Group for 14 years.
	Felix Lombard (40) CA(SA) Bokomo Foods Felix started his career with the Group in 1994 as Head of Information Systems at Bokomo and then Pioneer Foods. He then acted as Financial Manager for Sasko Maize Mills and in 1999 was promoted to Executive: Agri Business and Packaging. Felix is currently Executive director responsible for Bokomo Foods. He has been with the Group for 15 years.
	Pieter Hanekom (45) CA(SA) The Ceres Beverage Company Pieter joined the Group from Distillers Corporation in 1993 as Financial Manager at Bokomo. He has since fulfilled numerous management roles in the packaging and Agri businesses before being appointed the Executive responsible for The Ceres Beverage Company in 2000. He has been with the Group for 15 years.
	Hennie Lourens (46) B Com (Hons), M.Com, B Proc Agri Business Hennie joined the Group as Human Resources Manager for Bokomo in 1996 from Transnet where he was Human Resources Manager. Before being appointed as Executive: Agri in 2007, Hennie was General Manager for the Sasko grain business of the Group. He has been with the Group for 12 years.
